How do I purchase your product?

Simply, visit our shop page  Select the product or course you want to purchase or enroll, Add it to cart and complete the checkout.
If you have a GST number, you can mention your GST Number in the other Notes box or can simply email us your GSTIn Number.

If you are not an existing customer, you can create your account at the checkout page by ticking to the checkbox “Create my account” .

If the payment is successful, you will receive an automated email as well as confirmation of the successful payment.

Once the payment is successful, we approve your accounts mannually which takes just less than 10 minutes if the order is placed during the Day time (Indian Standard time) e..g from morning 8 a.m. to 11.30 p.m.




What is your Refund & Cancellation Policy?

All orders  are being processed within 24 hours so, you can cancel your order within the first 24 hours except the orders which are placed on Wednessday.

The reason is that our payment gateway is having a weekly settlement cycle with a cut of time of every Wednessday 12 a.m.


However that doesn’t mean that orders placed on Wednesday can’t be cancelled. They still can be cancelled. Only issue is that the refund will be issued through our bank by way of NEFT.

While the Orders which are placed except Wednesday, can be cancelled within 24 hours and the refund will be credited automatically by our payment gateway and the same will be credited to the source through which your account was debited.
To cancel your order, simply send us an email at or send us a message at the Zopim chat which is available at the bottom right side bar or simply WhatsApp at 09426407469 and your order will be cancelled and you will get the full 100% refund.


Similarly we offer a 3 days full refund policy. If you are not happy with the product/course, you can avail a full refund for 100% of the amount you paid.
All refunds will be processed through NEFT which are requested after 24 hours of the order placed.
Refund procedure is same as cancellation procedure.

Please note that refund is not available in the below cases:
01. Software purchase license
02. Permanent TCP which are given after testing the trial TCP.
03. After 3 days of the course enrolment.

04. If you abuse us, threat us, misbehave or doesn’t follow our process.

05. if you place any special request which may or may not be possible for us to comply, refund is not available. Honouring any special request is at our sole discretion. You can’t file a refund simply because we do not accept any of your special request.

Support Policy

A. For Students:
Support is available only to the paid Students for the course projects/Uploaded chapters/Modules.
Support is not available for out of the course projects/chapters or student’s own personal or commercial projects.

B. For Customers
If you buy any softwares/add ons from us than the support is depend on the respective product/add on sections. Please read the product description or send us a mail for the coverage of the support.
