  Trial version is available both for Tally.erp 9 and Tally Developer.
  You can build TDL project and can check it on the free educational version.
  Both educational version are fully functional except you can’t use it commercial way.
  Though, you do not need serial number and activation key for preparing and testing project and it will work like a charm without the serial number.
  Still if you insist Serial number and activation than drop me a mail on my mail ID. you will get an evaluation license for 3 Months period.

  Most of your requirement can be taken care by the Default Tally.erp 9 however again if you have specific requirement/reporting format than it may need a little customisation. I believer Tally.erp 9 can hanlde operations of NBFCs and there are some NBFSc using Tally.erp 9 successfully.

  For learning purpose one does not need a commercial module. an educational version is enough to learn stuff.
  There is no difference between an educational version and a commercial version whether it is Tally.erp 9 or Tally Developer.
  Only thing is that one can’t use the educational version for commercial purpose.
  
  After downloading the educational version, kindly find out the default codes. Please please do not ask me how to find out the default codes because you had already made lot of searching on net , so find out the default codes yourself
  made changes to those default codes as per your requirements yourself and apply it yourself

We need to maintain a process in where Sales order,Delivery note & Sale invoice are tagged up.

For example I have placed a sales order of two item. 1.Item 1 2. Item 2
Now i want to make a delivery note against this sales order. If I select the order no then the items are coming automatically from order. But I want to control this process so that user cant able to add an extra in delivery note. Same control will need for invoice also.
